Lack of Service

<p>Two weeks in a row, I wanted to purchase Lotto tickets at about 18h00, and on both occasions there were no staff at the counter. Lat night another gentleman even went to thye office to complain on my behalf and still I waited more than ten minutes with no attempt from any staff to even confront me.</p> <p> I was on a tight schedule and ended up being dfismayed at the lack of attention/service provided by the staff. I spoke to two different staff members who were walking past and neither of them showed any interest whatsoever. I tried calling a few minutes, was put on hold for about three minutes and then the call was cut, hence my review here</p>
