Lack of people skills

Poor treatment from the manager Nikki after confronted to why they are closing the doors before 20:00, with there answer as they always close the door early . When the sign hanging outside clearly states open till 20:00 hours , all the manager had to say was we need to correct the poster, yet all i needed was refreshments , but with this managers arragence and unwillingness to resolve the matter , pnp elspark has really dissapointed me once again
