Lack of follow-through by Brandon the Pick n Pay store manager

I complimented one of the supervisors (Lebogang) at Pick n Pay On Nicol on her consistent service and dedication to customers. I also passed on this compliment to the store manager (Brandon) regarding my customer experience with Lebogang. When I followed up with Lebogang to check if she had received the compliment from the manager, she was surprised and indicated that he not said anything. Brandon, as customers we take the time to provide feedback to you so that you may follow it up with action. It is appalling that you dismissed this feedback despite having promised to follow it up with appropriate action.
