Lack of customer service

Worst service ever. I went to pick n pay in sheawood in brakpan on Saturday the 29th of April 2023 at around 8:30 in the morning. The cashier who had a name tag written Nokwanda was rude and not helpful. I believe she needs to be taught what customer service is. We asked to withdraw cash from her till and she told us to go to the supervisor without even showing us her supervisor and didn't even show any interest in serving us. The level of disrespect was just too much.
