LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

This morning myself and my colleague visited the Pick n Pay branch in Walmer Park to get the FNB Burger special, but we had some trouble with the smart shopper card because she was buying for her mother, we wanted to see if she was registered for a smart shopper card already. The lady that was assisting us was not very helpful. My colleague asked her if she really wants to help us and then she started raising her voice at us all the attention was on us in the store. NEVER in my life have I been so disgusted and embarrassed in PICK N PAY. If this is the way customer are treated no wonder so many of your stores are shutting down Because of POOR customer service.
