Lack of customer care Pick n Pay Southgate

Pick n Pay Southgate absolutely the worst customer service, i bought groceries there a week ago and i was there yetserday, it's as if you are there to ask favours, we pay for the product and service, at this stage they should just close down, i stood at a counter yesterday five pick n pay workers passed me without offering help a manager was also just staring at me from his glass counter up there. No one likes to complain but if you dont dont say anything how will they know?
