Lack of communication
<p>About a year ago, Pnp advertised a bar fridge which was unavaillable in stock. I was told to do a rein check. I did. Since then I have never been contacted. I needed the fridge for my office. Last week I decided to call and enquire. I was told to come through provided I had the rein check. Upon my arrival I was then told I can't get the fridge due to time frame. What is more upsetting is that the manager said the had stock after about a month but I was never contacted by anyone.</p>

Kindly note that our Rain Cheque policy states: Should there be an item on special that is out of stock, you can receive a rain cheque for that item. A rain cheque guarantees that when you come back for that same item, within a 30 day period, you will pay the reduced advertised price.
