Lack of communication

On the 8th of May 2016 i made a purchase of a Defy Microwave at Pick n Pay Maponya in an aid to please my grandmother for mothers day as she had been asking for on.... Less than a month later the microwave did not want to work, which i then only got the time to take it back to the store on the 30th of June 2016. Upon my arrival at the store i was then introduced to Benjamin Thamane who is the Customer service manager. He said he will book it in and give me feedback soonest a week after the bookin was made... To my dismay that promise was not made and i returned back to the store on the 3rd of july 2016 at which i approached him and he promised that monady morning he will give me feedback... Guess what..... still waiting....... i then decided to visit the store again on the 17th of July which i met ladies that were at the customer services counter which led me to a lady by the name of Nozi who promised me feedback and that Benjamin would call me on monday the 18th of July 2016... then yet again no one gave me a call till to date and i been caught in a very uncomfortable situation where a Necessity in the household is not there... This saddens me to think of the level of customer service the store claims to live by. I am extremely un happy and doubt i shall be making any purchases at this store again.
