LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY / NO SERVICE / BOTTLES APP WRONG ORDER
I ordered a uniform in black for my helper and was delivered MUSTARD!!! I have complained twice on the app with no bother for a response. This is not the way to treat your customers. fix your mess ups

Yes i do need assistance. Its been almost 2 weeks of waiting for someone to get back to me
I have submitted a refund request twice on the app and just get ignored. I want the correct item delivered to me and the wrong one taken back. The shoppers need to please be trained properly that they pick as per the order.
