La lucia pnp asap service very poor

Pnp La lucia is by far the worst and I mean utterly worst store to deal.with when it comes to their asap deliveries. I places an order a few weeks ago , the items in my cart were to be used to prepare supper for the night...placed my order at 2pm, when I checked the app my order was only scheduled to be deliveries next day. I called the call centre and the reason for the delivery being moved was due to to many orders for the day they could not cope.

I placed another order today at 14:30, the app showed delivery at 4pm. By 4 16:30 my order was not delivered . When I contacted the call centre I was told that they are not sure why my deleivewas more than 2 hours late. The call centre tried to call the la lucia pnp to find out what was going on however I was informed that there was no answer at the store.

Eventually the call center got back to me and advised that my order was being packed..this was at 5pm. At 17:30 my order was still not delivered.

I called the store and wad rudely told that they were dealing with alot of deliveries and my order will be delivered.

An order that was placed at 14:30 was only delivered at 18:00.

The management of pnp la lucia seems to be having a holiday at work instead of checking what their asap department is doing..

I will never order using pnp asap again Checkers sixty60 is more reliable and efficient that pnp asap.
