Kyalami pnp clothing - refusal to enter store

Abs disgusting service. I arrived at the store 10min before closing time and was turned away at the front door due to sanitising of their store. Pearl said they close 15min before to sanitise the store. NO WHERE on the doors / windows does it state that. She spent more time holding the door closed to stop me from entering than what my actual amount of time in the store wouldve been. Disgusting how a company can turn customers away. I has specifically driven from Mall of Africa to Kyalami as MOA did not have the correct sizing i needed. I wouldve been in and out the store within 5min.

Disgusting! Esp due to retail being in the condition it is due to Covid and lockdown.

Now we also know why some people remain as cashiers / merchandisers because they cant think further for the companys wellbeing.

Pity you employ people with this mindset.
