Kudos to Pick n Pay social media response time
I sent them a DM on Twitter about a possible traffic infringement with one of their large delivery trucks. The provided feedback regularly and even called me at 8pm one evening to give me another update. The staff I dealt with were the ultimate in customer liaison. Thank you!
