Kroonstad Branch

<p>The local Branch in Kroonstad in Murray str is a hopeless case, i reported them a few times regarding services. The person who is second in command is a person who never try to be helpful, he is always part of the problem, not the solution, every week for the past 3 weeks the prices on display and at the till is not the same. Everytime he tell us that we must check the till while the cassier is busy with you, why???their is a que at your back, the whole row must be stopped to check your prices, his excuse is their is no time for their staff to check the new prices, but everytime their is 3 -4 people standing chatting to each other from staff members of P&P, where is the "time" now, it is P&P responsiability to check the prices, not the client. This person is not there to be helpfull to the client, try to protect his useless personell, their is no control over them.</p>
