Kokstad Pick n Pay supervisor extremely rude. Take note!

I recently visited Pick n Pay Kokstad to do some groceries. When I reached the till, the cashier rang my stuff and I noticed that the price on the screen didn't correspond with the shelftaker. I immediately told the cashier, a slim colored guy in his twenties, he called the supervisor/front end controller to rectify the problem. The lady gave both the cashier and myself some extremely bad attitude. She told the guy to go bring the shelftaker, I asked why wouldn't she go there herself if she doesn't believe me? She just looked at me arrogantly. We went to the isle, myself and the cashier and we removed the shelftalker and gave it to this rude lady. She override the prices. I asked her why wouldn't she believe me when I told them the difference...oh Lord! The lady shouted at me telling me her job description. I got angry, it was just a R6 difference which was not a big deal for me but because of her attitude, I wanted my R6.

Among my groceries was a Sir Fruit Juice. When I arrived home, I opened it and it had fermented. Unfortunately, I took the car to the car wash the next day and they threw the slip away. At the back of the slip was the cashier's name and the supervisor's.

I am staying in Mt Frere and not a regular in Kokstad. Kindly fix her attitude and I want my juice. I can bring it back if you don't believe me.
