So as a customer well aware of the level 1 lockdown law i get to pick n pay "kliptown" to be specific before 5 to find their wine cellar open before 5 and grab a bottle of wine, however due to the queue i am told i cannot purchase the wine because its after 5...... So my question is why is there not a designated till for people to pay for the wine they get available to them before 5 to pay before 5? And y is the wine cellar open until 5pm on the dot if customers cannot pay for it further more after asking for a Manger she was quite arrogant like im unaware of the law honestly "suggestion" either close the wine cellar at 4:30pm so clients don't get told bull for standing in a queue for almost 20min or get a designated till that allows customers to be treated fairly where they can pay for the same bottle of wine they got before 5 in an open wine cellar before 5
