kiosk not printing

on tuesday the 25th of August i went to Pick 'n Pay at Kepmton square after receiving an e-mail about the vocuhers that i need to print for specific products, the machine was not switched off yet alone the manager was aware that it was not printing and there was no one next to the machine so i printed all the ten vouchers only to find out that it was blank papers that were printing ,i have lost all the vouchers ,my concern is why they didn't switch off the machine or write out of order.I am very dissapointed because it's not going to re-print because yesterday i went and it was working but the vouchers that were printed were not available.
