Kids Activity Book - Awfully made

Hi - I've sent an email to the Empire Netactive company regarding a poor Activity Book made and sold at Pick n Pay. They have still not responded to me since 31 March. I've emailed them again. <br> <br> The Nature of my complaint:<br> I've bought my daughter your activity book as labelled above in the subject line. <br> <br> I'm sure you know by now that the book contains duplications of pictures and a ton of errors. <br> <br> 1. Spot 3 differences - I've taken pictures of many of these, where they are no differenes to be found. My daughter sat forever trying to figure it out only for my and her father to tell her there are none. It's a mistake. <br> 2. Colour the numbers - there are no colours to a number at the bottom of the page - on a few occasions. <br> 3. Duplication of pages - there are too many to even mention - is this done in hope that parents and children will not notice. <br> <br> I'm disappointed that this book which cost enough, contains the errors and mistakes it does. <br> <br> Please let me know you have acknowledged my email and will send me a replacement which is correct?<br> <br> Regards <br> Amanda
