Khanyisile Siyabalala
On 28th October 2017 ( around 13:00 ) I went shopping for groceries at Pick N’ Pay Carlton Centre and I noticed a very disturbing scene, a cashier by the name of Khanyisile Siyabalala giving a customer before me an attitude while the customer was polite on requesting to withdraw ( cash back ) at her till point, and by then I was wondering if I am next as I was to also request the same. Not that she did not have cash ( I peeped into her register, she had enough notes in different sorts, thousands to be precise ) but no she had a very unfriendly manner which left a bitter taste as that woman was old enough to be her mother. And yes you guessed it, she also gave me attitude. I decided to mind my business and not say a word about what I saw before I could be attended, instead asked to withdraw as if I did not hear her prior conversation with that lady, when she refused and gave me the attitude as well, told her I did sneak into her till as I had a distant view and she flatly refused. I always thought Checkers only had such breeds, clearly I was wrong, she hates her job and she does not understand customer service and customer experience. Left with a sour taste in my mouth. Shocking.
