Kettle swap

<p>I am so upset, i do not know where to start.</p> <p> </p> <p>So a few months ago, i went to Pick n Pay in Bellville across from Midestad Mall. I bought a kettle and some other goodies. </p> <p> </p> <p>Two weeks later the Kettle wouldnt work, so my mom went to Pick n Pay in Promenade Mall. There the kettle was swapped.</p> <p> </p> <p>About another month later which was like yesterday the kettle stopped working. So my mom went back to Pick n Pay Promenade to swap the kettle. The manager then told her that the kettle could not be swapped as a refund was done on the date the kettle was swapped. </p> <p> </p> <p>I just wanted to know, if this is the kind of ******* service we receive from Pick n Pay today. It is ******* to say that something was refunded when it was swapped. That is as per the CPA. </p> <p> </p> <p>I really cannot believe that they want me to take time off work to go to Pick n Pay Bellville to correct the mistake when it was made in Promenade.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really disapointed in the lack of service and disgusting treatment that my mother received in Pick n Pay Promenade. </p> <p> </p> <p>Pick n Pay as a whole this is not something i expect from a grocery store that i shop at exclusively. I do not want to stop shopping at Pick n Pay but if this is not sorted then I have no choice.</p>
