Keep it up Sisanda

I work nearby the Pick n Pay in Bellville so I guess my reviews will somehow always be about that store. And pnp is one of my favorite stores of course *wink.

What a nice encounter yesterday I had with a cashier by the name of Sisanda. I was in the que and was watching her interact with the customers... I remember thinking who is she? And at some point I was like 'boy she loves her job'. I watched how all her customers walked away smiling, nodding some even laughing.... My turn came and she was kind, genuine and tried to sneak in a conversation. I don't know how to explain it, but her 'niceness' came from a place of really just wanting customers happy and not a place of just doing my j.o.b. I also left there smiling.... I managed to see her name tag,,,, Sisanda.
