Katlego Pick n pay Campus Square nonsensical customer service

Pick n pay Campus Square have cashiers who haven't been trained in the aspect of customer service. We went there and Katlego told us she wants to see the message from Capitec in order to withdraw a cash send I then asked what is the purpose for and she responded rudely so that this is her till and she does what she wants there. I then asked to speak to her manager and was informed to go and look for him somewhere. I looked for the manager and found him his name is Mokgomotsi in explaining the request for SMS the body language was a tad uninterested in my complaint. I have worked in retail for 8 years and will never understand rudeness from an employee as you need to champion customer service to all clients or customer.
