Just terrible, staying far away!!

Pick n pay ASAP is a joke! I won a voucher and I could not even use it because it was forcing me to pay money (R100) to even redeem my voucher. Then it would not deliver to my home (I live right next to pick n pay), then the app kept on glitching and suddenly it could deliver to my home several hours later. Then even worse, the app would not allow me to set the delivery time! It kept choosing the time for me?!!! A customer needs to be able to set their own delivery time!!! It does not work properly at all! So glitchy!!! How am I meant to trust the service if not even the app can work properly? After reading all of these other terrible reviews I will be staying clear of pick n pay asap!
