Joke

This is the most ridiculous business it's actually a joke. I order a few things (not a big order) at 2pm today. They still haven't processed the order 2 hours later and I tried calling them and was left on hold for 10 mins then I ran out of airtime waiting to speak to someone who I'm sure wouldn't actually be able to sort this out 😂 why do they allow you to order, take your money if they know they won't be able to deliver today. I'm so upset as I want to cancel the order and rather go through checkers as they are more reliable 😩 but I can't now. ****ty app ****ty service
