Johannes must tell his employer what is to shout at an elderly WOMAN,

06/10/2017, I went to pick n pay tramshed and I witnessed the store manager SHOUTING at an old lady for their wrong pricing. when the lady ask why, he then started screaming ( and 3 other pick n pay employees) joined him saying that the lady likes to complain and that the customer is not perfect either cos she also makes mistakes. I left the store shaking. If the manager is doing that to CUSTOMERS, there is just no hope for good service in that store.
