After our airtime mix up experience at Pick n pay Vangate mall. At first when trying to sort the matter by myself didn't go as plan.The airtime itself wasn't an issue. The fact that I was being sent back and forth was.I felt customer service was an issue. I had to turn to "Hellopeter" for help. With in a day or two I was attended to.
