Job successful but the wait?
Just wondering how Pick n Pay Cape Town's job placing protocol works. My daughter app**** in Feb. She received a call to say she was successful. Yet still no placement. No answer when you call HR and the Manager Dean always promises her placement " soon". It's May almost June Pick n Pay. Kindly confirm please.

26 May 2022, 12:35Terrible terrible terrible customer care service. Lines are busy no answer. After 5 mins of waiting and talking to Malika at customer service the waiting period is even longer. No reply. Just rings. Really terrible. It's sad because Pick n Pay is so big in South Africa one would think they would provide better customer service.
