PnP Finance Dept is pathetic. Takes 12 months to reply on RSC Policy and supply proof via statements on any payments. Continues to advise me that I am in arrears. They don't answer my emails thoroughly. I have to pay compound interest on arrears. Can someone in their Finance Dept wake up and assist me? Don't phone me. Email me to sort out this nonsense!!!!
