Jamie Oliver Collection Kitchen Knives

*** I collected the stamps as per the terms and conditions of the booklet. However when I had to get the Jamie Oliver Collection Knives, I was told they are out of stock & that they will never get stock again & the deal is subject to availability as per their terms and conditions. However I referred them to the very same terms and conditions which does not have that condition. It is my expectation that they honor the deal as I have honored my side of the deal but their Customer care does not respond to my e mail any more. I find this type of customer service rather appalling. It is rather very sad since I’ve been a customer of Pick n Pay all my life. I am referring to the Ottery Pick n Pay Hyper in Cape Town.
