Jacobeth- Horrible Customer Service

I went to Pick n Pay Chillie Lane in Sunninghill, talk about the worst customer service. Wow a lady by name of JACOBETH working by the Kiosk, I think she is thus far the worst. I am appalled. Literally I have no words.
