Jackal creek Pick n pay,worst service

I went to a pick n pay in Jackals creek and I put my groceries in a basket and I put it on a counter and Anele who was a cashier refused to take the groceries out of the basket. She said her job is to scan the items that I bought but not to take them out of the basket,I even asked her if that pick n pay was the only one with such a rule and she said she doesn't know with an attitude I'm so disappointed in the service I received from that pick n pay.
