JACKAL CREEK PICK N PAY LIQUOR SHOP RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL 2 LADIES

Pick and Pay Jackal Creek Liquor. He 2 ladies that work there on the 6th and 7th December are rude and don't know how to trest customers, let alone explain things in a polite manner. They act as if they own pick and pay. No compassion . Laugh at me when I was frustrated. Being in the industry of serving customers as well I have never seen such arrogance and lack of professionalism. They are a confirmation on how rude some retail workers can be because there is no.accojntability just like Government offices.

I.pay for.my purchase and the lady rudely tells me the cannot accept my money because it's chipped. No explanation nothing up until I got frustrated then she tells me the machine will not accept it. And carries on serving others while the other rude one pushes the money back to me.

They could have asked me politely to change the money and explained why. Instead they were.smiling making me look like a total fool.
