I've raised a few queries with PnP ASAP! and have been following up for a response however my e-mails are ignored
I've raised a few queries with PnP ASAP! and have been following up for a response however my e-mails are ignored. I sent an e-mail today to *** and got a response that the recipient's mailbox is full and cannot accept messages.

Your customer service centre is clearly at fault and I refuse to engage or repeat myself to an *********** department. Please forward me contact details for the head of the department if you wish for me to repeat information on all the outstanding issues.
