iTunes Voucher

Really dissapointed after purchasing 2 iTunes( R700 )vouchers from PIck n Pay at the Crescent Mall in uMhlanga, for my sister . After discovering she no longer uses an iPhone I tried to get a refund and told i could not get one as they were activated when sold . Now i'm stuck with these vouchers . Person selling the vouchers at the point of purchase never told me and simply showed me the slip stating these vouchers were not refundable . I really beleive an organistion as big as pick n pay can do better to resolve this issue .

Good day Smanga,
Thank you for taking the time to write to us.
Kindly note that the I-Tunes Gift Cards are non refundable.
This has been passed onto our regional team to advise further.

Thanks for the response . My concern that in this day and age there are products that cant be refunded . My major concer is why :
I) Is it a security / ***** risk to you ( I am more than willing to provide you with all my details )
2) You guys battle to sell these vouchers ( why sell them in the first place )
I really cant beleive you guys are happy to sit by and allow a cleint to sufffer a R700 loss .
Perhaps look into putting up vissable signs that clearly state the vouchers are non refundable and the cashiers also need to remnind clients aswell .
Person that served me didnt even know what it was so i dont blame them for not knowing its not knowing the item was not refundable .
NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS . BITTER BITTER BITTER . HAD SO MUCH FAITH IN YOU GUYS
