Itumeleng Kungwane - Rude cashier

I would like to express my grievance in the unpleasant shopping experience at Pick n Pay Chris Hani Crossing -Vosloorus mall. I am a regular patron at the store and the experience is always generally efficient, today 2020/07/26 I was assisted by a cashier named Itumeleng Kungwane , the cashier was not welcoming from the time I approached her till , to an extent she did not even greet me as a customer, which I personally believe every company trains their employees to treat customers with dignity, respect and humanity , the look on Itumeleng Kungwane's face made me as a client feel inferior as though I was there to not make a purchase but to ask for free groceries which no customer should ever be treated that way , throughout my interaction with her I tried to be polite yet she on the other continued to portray unwillingness to assist and provide good customer experience , when I requested for a cash back amount of R100, with change she then accused me of giving her attitude, were does she get the audacity of accusing me of giving her an attitude when she has been behaving like she does not need the job. Voicing this complaint is me as a customer wanting to bring to pupils at the level of authority of the store that they cannot keep frontline staff "face of the business" with such an attitude every employee in such trying , unfortunate times should be thankful and great full of what assist you in putting food in the table, and showing compassion. I would never want her to loose her job however must be reprimanded to conduct herself in a more professional manner. If this really matters to anyone I will be contacted for an apology.
