Its time to Relook at the service we get a Pick n Pay

The stuff at Pick 'n Pay Newtown Junction Mall know nothing about customer services, I have never received the kind of service I deserve as a customer there and today was no different, i went in during my lunch to buy a few things, stood in the queue for a while and when a till was available I went there to pay, when I got to the till the I asked the Cashier Olivia Tjatji if I could also have a pack of cigarettes, Normally at other super markets the cashier would ask one of their colleagues to get it for them or get up and get it herself, not Olivia , she sent there with a grid on her face and an attitude and told me to get the cigarettes myself from the cigarette counter, which meant I needed to stand in another queue wait for it then go back to her to pay for my goods. This is seriously unacceptable.
