Its apparently my fault.

So if i am not mistaken when i go to a shop i pay for the product aswell as for the product quality. So i walked i to pick n pay liquor and bought a 12 pack castle light only to get home to find out the 2 centre bottles are broken. Then i had to drive all the way back to the shop. Now they replaced the 12 pack with no issues which i am very happy with. However the R70 petrol i had to drive out just to go back to the shop is according to the manager my problem as "there are to many products to pack to make sure that everything is fine with the products". And the extra i had to drive to get back whats due to me is also not there problem. So now my question is what am i paying for if is not for a quality product and if i am going to have to drive back and waste my time and money to get it rectified without being compensated for the issues i had to go through....
