Items short on my order.

I ordered some items on pnp asab yesterday the 1st March 2025 at round about 15:55. It was 6 items the Order was only delivered today 2nd March 2025 at 09:58 with 4 items short. I only received 2 items. I phoned them immediately on ***. I spoke to a Nomvulo she said she will escalate the matter to the store and they will respond via Email. It's now 12:16 and no one but no one has come back to me.
