Items not received with no contact from PnP

We bought a few items on ASAP on Sunday. The delivery was made and after the driver left we noticed that the 6 x Coke Light 2.5lt for R96 was not delivered and it was in stock. To date I have logged 3 tickets on the ASAP app and phoned, waiting for 40 min and after that time opted to leave a message.

I have photos of the 3 parcels I received and also video of the driver delivering the 3 bags.

I want my items I have paid for, not a refund as the item was on special!! This will be the last time I buy at PnP as the are *****ing my money.
