Items not delivered worth 400R and no refund!!

I did my online shopping as ususal - I have Multiple Sclerosis and was very sick - the guy delivered - and sorry to say - he smelled so bad - I couldnt handle it - so as soon as he was done I aske him to leave - I couldnt check the items as I was lying down - I said I would check it as soon as I can - I noticed the completely wrong thing was sent - some things were damaged - and about R400 worth of items were missing. This happened almost every time I order. And I have ordered about 50 000R worth of stuff in the last year. They replaced my goods before and now are refusing to. I think its disgusting! Especially since I am a loyal customer and I use them because I am sick. Their driver smelled so bad I couldnt handle it. And I couldnt stand and look at the stuff straight away. I hope everybody thinks twice before ever ordering online from picknpay again.
