Items missing from my slip

I always do my groceries at pick n pay every month and this month to my surprise I purchased items and certain items never reached home I realized after a week because my sister does the unpacking after I go for groceries shopping.. I bought future life 3 for 2 for R47. 99 only 2 items future life was packaged. Than I bought Samp R42.00 2.5kg it's also missing and Jungle oats 2 of them1kg. I guess the parson packaging my items that day did not put everything in trolley and now I realized at home that plastic with those items is not with me. I did grocies in pick n pay Sanlam Centre in pinetown. I am very dissapointed by this. I still have slip and would like this to be resolved. The lady never voided potatoes I asked her to to package and it shoes in my slip but I returned the potatoes
