**** ITEMS / FALSE ADVERTISING

Purchased a "stainless steel black kettle" a GREY PLASTIC kettle was delivered, a drunk vulgar driver was sent to collect it who didn't even get out of his car I had to go give him, day 2 still not refunded, on Defy' site the kettle is only manufactured in BLACK & PLASTIC so pnp I'm sure we ALL want to know HOW LONG have you been SELLING us "****" items. I won't bother on the green fruit (3 orders), rotten potatoes etc... pictures aren't allowed here otherwise I would have posted what they delivered and what's on Defy's website HUGE DIFFERENCE. No wonder you not listed in Google business if your where 1 star ratings but I did leave you 1 on Play Store.
