Item scanned , and not packed with my bags

Item scanned not packed by Walter Madlala Who was on Till 5, This is the second incident happening at this very same store where i had to return back to the store and use my money again to travel and fetch an item that was not packed by their employee.

This incident is repeating again with a different employee who was assisting me on till 5 Walter Madlala

I called the store numerous time right at 6 o'clock until their closing time 7pm and no response.

This service is really pathetic and unacceptable , it is a waste of time, money and interest in this shop.
