ITEM IN THE BROCHURE NOT AVAILABLE IN STORE
According to the Pnp Find Your Christmas Catalogue they have advertised a Dog Advent Calender on page 26 yet none of the store staff seem to be able to advise me where I can buy them. I sent an enquiry via their online portal last week and today as I'd had no reply called the helpline - a 13 minute call (at my expense) netted no result when the call was dropped on their side. They have all my details as I had to verify who I was (which I don't understand when all I'm doing is an enquiry), however, surely if you are cut off from the customer you call back?
If they don't have the item in question - why advertise it in the brochure?
