I ordered my stuff from the pick n pay asap app. They short delivered. I requested a refund and I cannot check the status of it. I contacted the support desk and spoke to a Chantal. I asked for an email because MR F gives you immediate refunds but pick n pay cannot do that for some reason. Chantal told me I will get an email for the refund but I still have not received anything. She cut the call on me after telling me to hold on the line. This customer service is trash dont want to use them again. Don't give them any business.
