The problem is not so much, in my opinion with the staff on the floor. If I dont know where to find things, they are more than willing to assist and even take me to the relevant isle. The problem is with your cashiers, or the lack of them, lack of interest. I really will rather shop at Makro, Checkers or my local Green grocer, Butcher and Bakery.
