It can be better!

I appreciate PnP and their reliable delivery. However, the packing service has a problem. Every week without fail, they pack lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber on top of ice blocks with the result that most weeks I have to discard all or some of these products. I have specifically asked in the customer instructions, for them to discontinue this... but every week, the same thing! Please PnP, sort this out.
