Is there still MANAGEMENT at Plattekloof

Today at 11.45 I went to p&pau for ham. There was only one lady dressed in black who told me there is nothing more.I asked for other ham which was covered with cling film and the top one's were off colour.There was a price discrepancy of R25. I went to managers office and back to deli after a staff member left me gaping like a fish on dry ground. There was another lady also complaining about the service of that counter and manager was called. He gave no solution to any of the problems saying that lady in black is only helping out, How can you leave someone who knows nothing on a deli counter to serve customers. The actual staff member pitched after 12 and started cleaning the counters. Shouldn't cleaning have been done before not during a busy time. Just something else on Friday I was there and between three aisles were 4 parked trolleys filled with empty cardboard boxes and no one to be seen. Shopping in an aisle filled with customers is no pleasure with dirty trolleys also taking up space. Service here has definitely deteriorated tremendously!
