Is it a problem for a black person to return something in the shop if that thing is not in a good condition

I'm a regular customer at pick n pay springsgate, usually buy my groceries there especially birthday cakes every month and the service they give is good and their cakes are beautiful and very tasty and nice, until I had two problems with the cakes. First one it was for my son birthday it was very salty and have to drive back to the store when I got there one lady said I'm the first one to bring back this cake they never had a problem but with the help of management they gave me a cake and my money back then the second incident it was my birthday cake had to take it back also because it looked like the old one and it was damaged and I was told that is because I made the order day before the collection that is why the sponge was soft, funny I made the order 4days before the collection, mind you by that time im staying at Daveyton have to drive to springsgate.but I never stopped going to their store because the food there and their cakes are delicious. So today the 9th of July 2025 around 6:40 went there to order for my sister birthday cake and the lady at bakery told me they no longer allowed to take my orders have to order the cakes to the person who bakes the cake, I ask what is the reason for that she just said that is what they were told to do. I mean I always buy cakes there and even next week was suppose to make order for my daughter. Because I returned the cakes for their mistake caused me, but some other customers who returns in their store they don't have a problem but because is me the is a problem. In all this situation I'm asking myself is because I'm black or what? I'm not happy shem☹️ 📝Christle
