Irritating Service , I want my change

I've been standing on a queue for an hour because apparently there was no price for the item I bought. This happened at pick n pay in Kimberley, Kim park to be specific. I was told the manager is busy managing the cleaners, I mean what kind of a manager would supervise cleaners when there are customers who need him at the store?? The thing that really frustrates me is that no one even apologized for this inconvenience, the price that was written on the shelf for this item was R100 and when the so called manager arrived he took his good 20min trying to figure out what to do. The next thing he says R150, like really??? I was told to take it or leave it, after waiting for so much time?? I want my change.
