Invoice for your Pick n Pay Clothing order ***

I contacted Pick n Pay Clothing on the 30th of April as I ordered items on line and no discounts were app****. I was contacted via email and SMS to apologise and say someone will get back to me. I have since emailed 3 times and still had no reply other than 1 apology and an automated response. I am no closer to resolving this
